Releasing emotions is best done by learning to be emotionally expressive and regain the free emotional expression you used to have as a child.

Emotional expression is always important for a proper blood circulation in your body and especially in your legs. I have noticed that people who have a poor circulation in their legs have some deep seated anger and frustration.

Try to laugh more in your life since laughing is the best remedy for you! The adage “laughter is the best medicine” is true when it comes to improving circulation. A study carried out by researchers at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, Baltimore found that laughter leads to increased blood flow.
