Clear Your Emotional Stress


​If you are prone to getting angry, make sure you think twice before you see yourself as being right and everyone else is being wrong. Most of the times, anger is created because you aren’t able to see your own mistakes.

Find an outlet for your stress. Use stress reduction strategies such as meditation, deep breathing, regular exercise, or sign up for my Zenna Healing II workshop which is all about clearing emotional baggage and getting happier.
