Healing is an involved activity. Healing involves a sort of inner change, a deep personal transformation, and an improvement in your attitude towards life.
Healing comes when you make the choice to work with your vulnerabilities, to open the challenge of change. It is recognizing that the illness itself is the way the body is dealing with underlying imbalances or traumatized energies, and it is the resolution of those imbalances. It is a letting go of resistance.
