The truth about STRESS is that it is Not the right word. I would rather call it “emotional stress”. Stress can mean a too much to do, to much to think about, to much worries, too much troubles.

However, only emotional stress is what really matters for your health because you might be emotionally stressed even when you are doing nothing, thinking about nothing, and watching TV the whole day. Why would you be emotionally stressed when you are not even aware of it? Because the source of emotions are deep inside you, hidden in your past memories, and not necessarily related to the material issues or the people you are dealing with.

Yes, emotional stress is probably the most important factor in most health problems especially cancer, asthma, overweight and diabetes.
