Drink Enough Water


I used to have mild constipation on a daily basis before I started to drink more water. I used to think that  dealing with constipation is just about eating enough fibers.

​The truth is that both water and fiber are important for a soft stool. Once you drink twice as much water as you normally would, constipation becomes a thing of the past. It is beautiful for your digestion.

I also use to experience cracked lips (especially in the winter) and dry eyes (especially in the morning). All that was a sign that my body was dehydrated. MedlinePlus recommends drinking additional fluids during winter months because the cold air tends to zap the moisture right out of your skin and lips.
