Eat Your Vegetables On a Daily Basis


Fresh and cooked vegetables are important to be in your stomach each day. On a day that you don’t eat vegetables, you are missing out on a lot of vitamins and minerals that are found in vegetables. A multivitamin tablet might not be as effective as eating vegetables.

You need to eat vegetables everyday because you simply cannot find another food group that is as perfectly matched to our everyday human needs as vegetables!
